The True TSSU-72-18M-B-HC food prep table is perfect for high-volume salad and sandwich operations, measuring 72 5/16″ wide and 35 1/16″ deep. It includes 18 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in the rail compartment, with the option to use 6-inch-deep pans (sold separately). The unit features a foam-insulated hood and lid to maintain cold temperatures and freshness. The removable cutting board is 8 7/8″ deep and 1/2″ thick, providing a sturdy prep area.
Inside, a clear-coated aluminum liner resists corrosion, while adjustable shelves can accommodate various items. The epoxy-coated evaporator minimizes corrosion, and foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation retains cold air. The solid doors are insulated for optimal temperature retention. The lid and hood assembly, made of stainless steel, keeps pan temperatures cold, preserves freshness, and minimizes condensation. The compressor fan automatically reverses for 20 seconds during startup to clean the condenser unit, enhancing efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
