It can accommodate up to ten 18″ x 13″ half-sheet pans or ten 12″ x 20″ steam table pans, making it ideal for commercial cooking applications. This durable oven includes ten stainless steel oven racks and boasts a 10-inch Smart Screen interface for seamless navigation. Its advanced Combi Smart cooking system provides comprehensive cabinet monitoring and supports multi-stage programming, enhancing the efficiency of your culinary operations. Chefs can choose from three available cooking methods: steam, convection, and combination, with the capability of achieving maximum steam saturation and precise humidity control. The oven also offers four manual cooking modes allowing flexibility within a temperature range of 86° to 500°F. For convenience and hygiene, there are six automated wash modes powered by twin chemical-filled tanks, an 8-speed fan with balance reverse functionality, and a removable core temperature probe. A high-pressure coil wash hose further eases the cleaning process. Storage is simplified with USB capability, and the unit is WiFi enabled for remote operation. The Atosa stainless steel combi oven operates on 208-240 volts/60/3-ph, drawing 55 amps, and meets rigorous standards as certified by ETL, UL, CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR®.
