The Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N-DS Super Deluxe prep table is built with robust stainless steel to withstand dents, scratches, and rust. It boasts high-density polyurethane foam insulation to maintain cold temperatures effectively, and its self-cleaning condenser reduces the need for constant maintenance. The unit features a spacious 9½-inch-deep cutting board for sandwich and salad preparation and keeps food safely chilled between 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, thanks to the Cold Bunker feature that circulates air around the included 4-inch-deep, sixth-size pans. LED lights provide excellent interior visibility, and the table is easily movable on four 4-inch-diameter swivel casters with front brakes for stability.
