The heated cabinet maintains temperatures between 140°F and 180°F, thanks to a 1,500W stainless steel heating element. An externally controlled on/off switch and electronic temperature control offer precise management, and a manually controlled vent on top allows for positive humidity control to prevent food from drying out. The heated cabinet includes three heavy-duty, chrome-plated wire shelves for storage, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps keep heat in.
