The True TSSU-36-12MB-HC Mega-Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a great addition to sub shops, cafes, and diners for streamlining the food prepping process. The unit features a mega-top to store different ingredients and keep them fresh. The top can hold up to (12) 8″H pans. The removable, patented insulated cover and hood keep pans cold to minimize moisture build-up and retain freshness. A high-density 8-7/8″ diam. cutting board is included to offer a tough surface to prepare salads, sandwiches, subs, and much more. This prep table includes (2) self-closing doors that stay open up to 90° so that the users can load and unload pans easily. These doors include (4) adjustable wire shelves to store pre-cooked food, toppings, and back-up ingredients.
The versatile True TSSU-36-12MB Mega Top Table has stainless steel top, front, and ends with aluminum back that gives it durability and strength. The interior has aluminum lining and stainless steel floor for easy maintenance. This table features a forced-air design that uses a powerful 1/3 HP compressor system that maintains temperature between 33°F and 41°F. This model uses CFC-free R-134A refrigerant that ensures optimum air circulation throughout the cabinet. It includes a 7 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is pre-wired at the factory and requires a 115V, 60 Hz, 15 amps, 1-phase electrical connection. It includes 5″ stem casters that allow the users to move the table freely. Casters at the front include locks to keep the table stable, even on an uneven surface.
