R-134A refrigerant is used because it’s a safer choice for the environment. The air defrost function is electrically timed, and operates every 3 to 12 hours, on your preferred schedule. The defrost cycles are both time and temperature terminated, to be certain of cooling being restored at the appropriate time. The self-closing doors are framed by gray PVC and have perimeter frame heaters to prevent the formation of condensation. They’re made of double-pane glass, with a clear layer of thermal insulation between them. They have die cast handles and are field-reversible on 2013 models. Six epoxy coated wire shelves are supplied with the unit and expand its storage capacity. Vertical LED lighting is safety-coated and brightens the interior of your equipment. The ideal temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit is set and adjusted by push buttons. A microchip has been added to monitor the temperature, and you can check it on the digital display.
