The Bakers Pride® 453 is the triple-deck model in the Superdeck Series, delivering unmatched production capacity with three fully independent baking chambers. Each chamber features an 8″ (203 mm) deck height with a 54″ × 34.5″ (1372 × 876 mm) Cordierite deck, designed for superior durability and heat retention.

With a powerful 240,000 BTUH total output (80,000 BTUH per deck), the 453 provides fast recovery and consistent baking performance, even under peak demand. Independent top and bottom dampers in each chamber allow for precise heat control. Fully insulated construction ensures energy efficiency, consistent interior temperatures, and cooler outer surfaces for operator safety.

The oven is built with a fully welded .25″ angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized interior, and spring-balanced insulated doors. It is stackable up to three ovens high, making it ideal for large-scale pizza, bakery, and foodservice operations where maximum throughput is required.
