The True Spec Series two-section solid half-door reach-in heated holding cabinet maintains temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit for baked or cooked food. It has low-velocity fans for even temperature distribution, one stainless steel heating element, and four solid stainless steel half doors for efficient heat retention. Temperature control is easy with an exterior switch and dial. Self-closing doors stay open at 120 degrees. The unit has (4) 5″ casters, bright interior lighting, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. It includes six adjustable chrome shelves and operates on 208-240V power.
