This unit is ideal for restaurants, cafes, bistros, and many other commercial food joints who deal in heavy-volume food demands on a daily basis. The refrigerator boasts a stainless steel exterior with anodized aluminum ends and GalFan steel back that provides safety from corrosion, rust, and minor damages or dents. Interior of the unit has a clear-coated aluminum lining with stainless steel floor and coved corners for easy cleaning and maintenance. The entire structure has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to provide structural strength and energy efficiency.
True’s Reach-In refrigerator boasts two (2) sliding doors fitted with mitered plastic frame and long plastic handles. These doors come with a counter balanced weight system to ensure a positive and smooth closure. There are six (6) vinyl coated wires shelves where each can hold up to 250 lb and they are adjustable to accommodate different food items as per changing menu. There is a safety-shielded interior lighting for increased visibility which can be activated using a rocker switch mounted at top of the doors. The unit maintains temperature between 33°F to 38°F that can be monitored using externally-mounted dial thermometer. This model features a bottom-mounted compressor with 1/2 hp motor which drives in a grease-free and cool kitchen space and provides maximum storage on top. The capillary tube system of the unit uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant for increased efficiency. Evaporator has an epoxy-coating to prevent corrosion and increase its life span. The refrigerator comes pre-wired from factory to be connected with a 120V, 60 Hz, single-phase, 15 amp outlet to function. It comes with cord and plug set.
