Description
The Bakers Pride® 4153 is the triple-deck model in the Stubby Depth Superdeck Series, designed for kitchens that need maximum production capacity in a compact footprint. With a 33″ depth, it is ideal for narrow-aisle kitchens, yet it offers three expansive baking chambers, each with a 54″ × 24.5″ Cordierite deck and an 8″ deck height.
This model delivers a powerful 210,000 BTUH output, providing the performance needed for high-volume pizza shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Each chamber features independently controlled top and bottom dampers, giving operators precise control over baking conditions.
Built with a .25″ fully welded angle iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized interior, and fully insulated construction, the 4153 ensures long-lasting durability, consistent performance, and cooler exterior surfaces for operator safety. The triple-deck design makes it the most productive oven in the Stubby series, ideal for operations that need large-scale output without sacrificing space efficiency.
