Halo Heat® allows this Holding Cabinet and proofer to keep your foods warm, moist and true to their flavors and prepare your breads to rise to a flawless fluffiness. This heated holding cabinet comes with simple control ON/OFF power switch. It has up and down arrow keys with a heat indicator light. This half size holding cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and door. It has UP and DOWN arrow keys with a temperature range of 60° to 200°F. It has a heat indicator light and temperature display key with a digital display. The compartment is equipped with (2) stainless steel universal side rails and (4) sets of chrome plated pan slides designed to accommodate standard full size pans. This half size holding cabinet has pan supports that are adjustable in sixteen (16) positions on 1-3/4 inch centers.
