The P22-BL features a single baking chamber with two Cordierite decks, enhanced by a brick-lined ceiling that improves heat retention, increases baking temperatures, and provides faster recovery between batches. Its compact, fully insulated stainless steel design makes it a durable, space-saving solution for high-volume operations.
