The Southbend 4604DD-4GL Ultimate Restaurant Gas Range is designed for high-efficiency cooking in commercial kitchens. This 60-inch range features (1) star/sauté burner at the front and (1) non-clog burner at the rear, with standard grates. A 48″ griddle on the left side offers ample cooking space. The range is equipped with a standing pilot for reliable ignition and (2) standard ovens with battery spark ignition, each including (1) rack. Additional features include a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf, stainless steel construction, and 6″ adjustable legs.
