The frost top accommodates full-size and half-size sheet pans to easily separate product and to make for a quick and easy transition from the fridge to the unit. The unit is drop-in installation with the same look as the Hatco heated wells for an cohesive look. The auto-defrost is activated through an advanced electronic controller programmed at the customer location and the temperature is easily controlled electronically on a panel that can be mounted up to four feet away to make quick adjustment simple for anyone in the kitchen. 1/4 HP condenser can rotate 180 degrees to make installation a breeze for almost any countertop.
