This compact countertop convection style pizza oven is a great way toserveup Pizza, Breads, and other delicious baked snacks in a shorter time. Using high preformance thermal insulation and advanced airflow design with patented baffle the oven moves more air for a fast and even bake. Manual control knobs for both time and temperature reach a heat setting of 175-500° F. This specialty oven includes 4 pizza heat plate shelves that minimize bake times, with a nonstick baking surface – 2.5 inch between (4) shelves, holds (4) 1/2 size sheet pans.
The oven also features 1.75 cubic feet interior cooking space (half-size), insulated double wall cool-touch glass door, and heavy-duty stainless steel construction. The oven cavity is wrapped in high “R” value insulation for optimum and uniform baking. Specifications
