Quick preheat times and uniform cooking temperatures are created with a 28,000 BTU Bake Burner. This fail-safe system ensures re-ignition in the event a fire goes out even on the lowest burning setting. The Innovection System comes with a convection fan that optimizes uniform air flow. This range oven has a multiple function that include: Standard Bake, Innovection Convection Bake, and Infrared Broil and Fan mode. This range has an extra-large viewing window with an oven door.
