The True TFP-48-18M prep table is ideal for sandwich and salad preparation. It features an 8-inch deep white polyethylene cutting board that spans its length and can be removed for cleaning. The top compartment can hold various-sized food pans, with a standard arrangement of 18 4-inch deep 1/6-size food pans (6×3).
Inside, it has an adjustable cabinet with clear-coated aluminum lining, four PVC-coated wire shelves, and self-closing doors that can stay open at 90 degrees. The prep table maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using forced-air refrigeration and R134A refrigerant.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, aluminum back, and 2.5-inch castors, this unit offers durability and mobility.
