The True TSSU-27-08-HC sandwich and salad prep table offers adjustable temperature settings between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a slide-out condenser for easy access during maintenance.
A unique feature is the condensing fan motor, which reverses for 20 seconds on compressor startup, effectively cleaning the condensing coil and prolonging the unit’s lifespan when combined with routine maintenance.
The top section includes eight sixth-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans, covered by a foam-insulated hood assembly with a built-in lid for cold air retention and contamination prevention. The unit also provides a full-length cutting board for convenient ingredient prep.
Additional storage space is available in the base, with two adjustable, corrosion-resistant wire shelves promoting uniform airflow. The interior features a clear-coated aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, and coved corners for easy cleaning.
