The True TPP-AT-44D-2-HC~SPEC3 pizza preparation table is equipped with two versatile drawers capable of accommodating various pan configurations. Each drawer has the capacity to hold two full-size pans (pans not included), providing flexibility in storage options. Additionally, the unit is shipped with six third-size pans, suitable for organizing sandwich and pizza toppings. Adjacent to these pans is a 191/2-inch cutting board, facilitating the creation of subs, salads, and similar items.
Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, back, liner, and floor, this pizza prep table not only minimizes the impact of corrosion but also ensures durability, reducing the likelihood of abrasions and scratches. Mounted on castors, the unit offers ease of movement and transportation as needed.
The refrigeration system is self-contained, featuring a removable panel for convenient access to the rear-mounted condenser. Cold air is efficiently circulated to the pan rail, maintaining temperatures within the range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Operating on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit presents an environmentally friendly alternative with a 0 ozone depletion potential and a minimal global warming potential of 3. To facilitate monitoring, an external temperature display is provided for employees. Additionally, for insulation benefits, the interior cabinet is foam-insulated with polyurethane foam, and the stainless steel lid is also foam-insulated.
