The oven has a 60-minute max cooking time, LED display, touch control, and interlock safety switch. It is ADA-compliant with Braille touch pads and has an audible end of cycle signal. The side hinged door is made of tempered glass and the interior shelf is sealed ceramic. The oven has a lighted interior and a stainless steel exterior and interior. It operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph with 14.4 amps and 3000 watts total. It is NEMA 6-20P, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation certified.
