Featuring three knob controls for temperature, timer, and humidity with LED temperature displays, it supports a variety of cooking applications such as baking, steaming, roasting, air-frying, and more. The unit’s boilerless operation includes automatic humidity adjustment and an auto-reversing fan for even heat distribution. Its cool-touch, heat-reflective tempered glass door ensures safety and visibility during operation.
Constructed of fully insulated stainless steel, the Vulcan ABC7E-208P combi oven includes four stainless steel racks and a 1-inch stainless steel round drain connection tube for efficient drainage. A flashing door light and audible alarm system enhance safety, while halogen lighting behind the heat-reflective inner glass illuminates the cooking chamber. Machine diagnostics are accessible through the controls or USB port. This unit does not include a stand and requires hardwired installation.
