Here’s a two compartment electric Holding Cabinet and dough proofer built of 20 gauge stainless steel. Halo Heat® is the process which encircles your foods with warmth yet sits stationary to prevent blending of temperatures. It has an ON/OFF control with adjustable thermostats. Each compartment is individually controlled and enclosed in one 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and doors, which are vented and keep foods more crisp. The Up and Down Arrow Keys control the temperature range of 60° to 200°F. Indicator lights let you know when a compartment is in use. Both compartments are equipped with two universal side rails and four sets of chrome plated pan slides designed to accommodate standard full-size pans. The pan supports are adjustable in sixteen positions with 1-3/4 inch centers. There’s a set of 5 inch heavy duty casters, two of them swivel with brakes and two of them rigid. Heavy duty 20 gauge stainless steel exterior. EcoSmart technology makes this an energy efficient product which uses electricity sparingly. Specifications
