They’re fabricated of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and insulated with non-CFC foamed in polyurethane and R-404A refrigerant. It fits 4 full size hotel pans, or a combination of other sizes. The recessed ledge provides support for the pans on either end, and 5 pan dividers provide side support. The interior corners are coved and there’s a drain at one end which is supplied with a gate valve. A thermostatic control operates your temperature range, which is below 41F. The remote compressor releases any warm air it produces away from your cold well. The swivel-mounted condensing unit can be placed on any of the four sides of the well. Air flow is directed by the sliding shroud and dual air movement louver. EcoSmart technology causes it to use less electricity and lower energy
