The Arctic Air ARCB72 refrigerated chef base is a perfect compliment to commercial cooking equipment. It has an insulated top to eliminate heat transfer to the interior of the cabinet. The top comes with a marine edge on all sides. This model’s 74″W exterior consists of a full stainless steel front, sides and top. Its four drawers feature stainless steel linings and frames. Each drawer is equipped with magnetic gaskets that are removable for cleaning. The condensing unit is front accessible for easy cleaning and maintenance. An electronic thermostat with external digital LED display provides accurate control and easy reading. This front breathing chef base has a self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly CFC-free refrigerant. This unit comes with four casters (two lockable).
