The salamander features a stainless steel exterior and interior that resist corrosion and are easy to clean, making it ideal for daily use in busy foodservice settings. With dual valve controls for independent operation of each side and two high-efficiency 21,500 BTU ceramic infrared burners (totaling 43,000 BTU), it heats up quickly with minimal preheat time. Adjustable rack positions and a removable chrome broiler rack provide flexibility for broiling, finishing, or browning various menu items, while the removable crumb and grease tray simplifies cleanup. This broiler is powered by natural gas.
