The Bakers Pride® Y-600BL is part of the world-renowned Y-BL Superdeck Series, one of the best-selling pizza ovens worldwide. Built for high-volume pizzerias, bakeries, and restaurants, this oven combines authentic brick-lined baking with durable modern construction.
The Y-600BL features a 7.5″ (191 mm) deck height, a 60″ × 36″ Lightstone fibrament deck with a Cordierite brick-lined ceiling, and delivers 120,000 BTUH output for superior heat retention, fast recovery, and crisp, consistent results. Its fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized interior, and full insulation make it reliable and energy-efficient, while the stackable design allows expansion as production grows.
