The Cadco CDR1T Countertop Electric Range is easy-to-use, highly efficient cooking equipment suitable for use in the commercial food establishments. The Double Hot Plate has two 6″ diameter industrial-rated tubular burners that allow users to cook twice as much food. The Robert Shaw thermostats on this unit provide users with endless heat controls that can be adjusted using the durable knobs. A lighted On/Off rocker switch is provided on the unit along with two separate smaller lights to indicate whether the power is on or not.
Boasting a compact and lightweight design, this portable hot plate works as a perfect alternative to convection ovens, gas burners, and kitchen stoves. It is appropriate to be used at locations where large stoves and gas ranges cannot be used. Small restaurants, catered events and buffet lines are perfect for this product. The burners are appropriately sized to fit medium size pans and pots. Its stainless steel, corrosion-resistant body can be easily cleaned.
