The Carlisle 10290U07 is a fourth size universal flat lid that fits with any major food pan brand. This lid fits Gastronorm and standard size food pans. Carlisle food pan lids stack with themselves for easy storage. Clear polycarbonate is resistant to staining, breaking, and chipping. A hanging hole allows for easy storage. Lid is ideal for use in chilled/frozen storage and non-high temperature holding applications.
