The Cleveland SGL-40-T1 PowerPan natural gas open base tilt skillet offers a ground beef cooking capacity of up to 100 lb or can be used to make 37 gallons of soup at a time. The highly efficient Power Burner uses forced air gas combustion system with automatic ignition to give a heating power of 200,000 BTU. With excellent recovery and heat-up time, the system is capable of doing a variety of cooking, including grilling, braising, steaming vegetables, frying chicken, and simmering soups and sauces.
Its versatile design is easy-to-use and has a heating power setting of 160,000 to help users save energy. The 5/8″ thick cooking surface of this tilting skillet is made of stainless steel and bead-blasted to help prevent the food from sticking. The surface is also resistant to warping while the splash-proof controls allow years of dependable service. Other features include a large pouring lip and manual hand tilt mechanism.
Offering a temperature range of 100-degree Fahrenheit to 450-degree Fahrenheit, the unit allows users to carry out a variety of cooking tasks. Shorter users can comfortably use the skillet, thanks to its low 35″ rim height! The 10-degree cooking feature on the skillet allows users to tilt the unit for up to 10-degree for them to easily skim off liquids. It has overall dimensions measuring 49-7/8″ W x 41″ L x 39″ H and has an overall capacity of 40 gallons. It is also available in LP gas option.
