This NSF approved pan is made from 22 gauge stainless steel which is rust resistant and will withstand the toughest conditions. Thanks to its flat edge, this pan fits snuggly in a steam table and is easy to maneuver between pans. For added convenience, this steam table pan is designed with a jam reduction shoulder which prevents them from sticking together when stacked.
