This three sectionPizza Prep Tablehas a 30 cubic feet capacity with three doors. Its exterior is made of 430 stainless steel, while the interior and everything else is made of 304 stainless steel. Two and a half inches of polyurethane foam make up the insulation of the unit. The refrigeration is side mounted, and contained in a removable panel. The condenser coil is also removable for cleaning. It uses R-134A refrigerant. There’s an air defrost feature which is initiated and terminated by temperature, so your case is always kept in the correct operating state. All of the doors are self-closing and have rounded corners and recessed handles, so they look stylish, and collisions with door handles are prevented. Door frame heaters avert the build-up of condensation. The gasket is a magnetic snap-in model which can be removed for cleaning. Six epoxy coated shelves are provided with the unit. They’re capable of holding a dozen one-third size pans. The interior lighting is safety-shielded and enhances visibility. One-half inch insulation protects the prep area which has a 1/4″Deep sanitary cutting block. It’s removable and adjustable. A dozen one-third size sanitary PVC pans are supplied. The stainless steel pan lid allows you to cover everything. The table is placed on casters. The front two have locking brakes.
