The Globe PG36E is a countertop electric griddle with manual control. Featuring a smaller footprint, this versatile electric griddle is constructed of stainless steel with extended cool-to-touch front edge. The stainless steel body ensures durability, and the highly polished 3/8″ thick griddle plate is fully welded to the stainless steel frame. The griddle plate is 13″ deep for ease of use. It works as your cooking surface and distributes heat evenly throughout for consistent cooking results. Seamlessly welded is its 3-1/2″ splash guard on three sides that keep your kitchen walls safe from excess grease and oil splatters.
Designed for lighter duty cooking applications, this commercial-grade electric griddle is designed with two separate thermostatic controls that enable you to control temperature thermostatically for precision cooking. The griddle plate is equipped with one thermostat control every 18″. The two thermostats allow you to control temperature in the range of 70 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit and cook meats and vegetables cooked to the right degree. Each of the two thermostats can be individually controlled with a separate on/off switch. The manually operated electric griddle has a 2-3/4″ wide grease trough.
