The Hoshizaki KM-1301SAJ Air-Cooled Crescent® Cuber Icemaker is designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, bars, and hotels. Capable of producing approximately 1,365 lbs of crescent-shaped ice per 24 hours, this stackable icemaker allows two units to double ice production in the same floor space. Its KMEdge™ double-sided stainless steel evaporators ensure efficient ice formation, creating the purest and hardest crescent ice cubes on the market – ideal for beverages, display, and food service.
Energy-efficient and easy to maintain, the KM-1301SAJ features CycleSaver™ design and the EverCheck™ alert system, helping prolong the machine’s lifespan. The unit requires single-phase, 208-230V/60Hz, 3-wire electrical connection, hardwired on-site, and does not include a cord or plug.
