This Turbo-Flow Single Deck Electric Convection Oven assures an even cooking temperature within the entire oven. Cooked and baked products have less shrinkage, which makes foods more moist and better tasting. This oven has a fast recovery and features 10 rack positions for cookign a variety of food items. This oven is energy saving; it re-circulates air for maximum efficiency cooking. This unit is NSF listed. The Turbo-Flow offers commercial kitchens a reliable full featured convection oven that raises the industry standard.
