Our insulated food carrier uses polyurethane insulation to prevent heat transfer from the inside of the container to its surroundings. It keeps hot food hot and cold food cold, ensuring food is served at the right temperature. To equalize the compartment’s pressure, the vent cap can be adjusted. The carrier’s polypropylene construction is durable and has a gray exterior.

Maintains temperatures of 171.5 degrees F for 4 hrs. and 37.1 degrees F for 4 hrs.

Holds 6 full-size pans that are 2¹₂ in. deep

Accommodates third-, half-, and full-size pans that are 2¹₂ to 8 in. deep
