The heavy duty cast iron grates are removable for easy cleaning. Additionally, the 29Y-072 features a removable grease tray, ensuring fast cleanup. This natural gas hot plate can be field converted to liquid propane by a qualified service technician and features a 3/4″ rear gas connection. The 36″ wide countertop gas range/hot plate is perfect for restaurants, diners, food trucks, and more!
