The Kratos 69K-771 61″W Commercial Sandwich/Salad Prep Table comes with a reversible cutting board that is removable for cleaning. This 61″ sandwich prep table has two hinged doors that give you ample storage space for refilling ingredients. It also has two heavy-duty epoxy-coated shelves, which are adjustable and allow for easy access without disrupting airflow throughout the unit.
