Description

The Pitco SG14RS-3FD Solstice Gas Fryer System is a great addition to the kitchen, helping cooks fry food in large volumes without wasting much time. The highly efficient fryer includes three (3) tanks with 50 lbs oil capacity that allows users to fry multiple items together. Its solstice burner technology ensures the blower-free heating system provides quick recovery so a variety of dishes can be prepared simultaneously. The fryer follows a two-step filtration-blue valve is opened for draining oil inside the filter pan and red valve is opened to drain back filtered oil to the fryer. This fryer includes millivolt controls with temperature switch to easily control the oil temperature. It uses a 1/3 HP motor and pump assembly for trouble-free operation.

Pico SG14RS-3FD Solstice Fryer features stainless steel front, sides, and tanks that are easy to clean. Each fryer includes a crumb rack that catches food debris and keeps the workspace clean. Its 3″ drain line ensures quick and clog-free draining. The large spout drain prevents splashing. The two (2) heavy-duty casters allow users to move the fryer assembly without any trouble. It has (2) gas options – LP and natural.
