Stainless steel interior and exterior. Food rail holds up to 6″H insert pans. (6) third-size pans third-size pans included. Insulated pan cover helps to ensure coldness and freshness of foods. Drawers are durable stainless steel construction, easy to assemble and clean. Each of the 2 drawers accommodates up to (12) 6″D sixth-size pans. Extra deep 19-1/4″ removable, 1/2″ thick cutting board.
