Southbend 4601AA-5L Ultimate Restaurant Gas Range :
The Southbend 4601AA-5L is a 60″ ultimate restaurant gas range, featuring (3) non-clog burners on the front left, (2) Pyromax burners on the rear left, and (4) non-clog burners on the right with standard grates and standing pilots. It is equipped with (2) convection ovens, each having (3) racks, and battery spark ignition. The range includes a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, as well as 6″ adjustable legs. With a total of 375,000 BTU, it’s CSA and NSF certified.
