The Southbend 4721AA-3CR is an Ultimate Restaurant Gas Range built to handle the high demands of a commercial kitchen. This 72″ range is equipped with (6) non-clog burners and a 36″ charbroiler located on the right side. It includes standing pilot lights and (2) convection ovens with battery spark ignition, each with (3) racks. The range also features a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf, a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with 6″ adjustable legs. It offers a powerful 358,000 BTU output for optimal cooking performance.
