The Star Toastmaster TMRC36 Radiant Gas Charbroiler is a versatile commercial cooking appliance that operates on natural gas. With a 36-inch wide cooking surface, it is divided into three 12-inch cooking zones, each equipped with an individual control knob. These burners produce 30,000 BTU each, ensuring even and consistent heat distribution.
This charbroiler utilizes stainless steel radiants to evenly distribute heat across the cooking grates, which are reversible with varying thicknesses on each side. To protect the control knobs, a spill-blocking bull nose is in place, and a 2¾-inch-tall splash guard surrounds the cooking surface to capture any stray splatters. Grease and liquids are collected in a water pan for easy cleaning.
The grates are adjustable, allowing them to be positioned either flat or slanted, and the unit features adjustable legs for stability. The construction combines stainless steel and aluminized steel components, ensuring the charbroiler’s durability and longevity in a commercial kitchen environment. The unit comes with a 3⁄4-inch NPT rear gas connection for easy installation.
