The True Spec Series STR2HPT-2S-2S two-section solid door pass-through heated holding cabinet connects the front and back of the house, providing stable holding temperatures for baked or cooked food. Its low-velocity fans ensure even temperature distribution, maintaining the cabinet between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. One stainless steel heating element and four solid stainless steel doors offer excellent heat retention and recovery. Temperature adjustments are quick and easy with an exterior on/off switch and a temperature control dial. This heating cabinet’s positive seal, self-closing doors have a convenient 120-degree stay-open feature, facilitating the transfer of food from the kitchen to the serving staff.
This model comes with (4) 5″ casters, two with brakes, for maneuverability during cleaning. The stainless steel interior and exterior provide long-lasting durability. For easy product identification, the interior is equipped with bright incandescent lighting. The entire cabinet features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).
