The True T-23FG-HC~FGD01 reach-in freezer ensures a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant regulated by a capillary tube system. It employs large evaporator and condenser fans to circulate cold air consistently throughout the cabinet, aided by rear guards that prevent products from obstructing airflow. An automatic defrost system activates at specific intervals and deactivates once a certain temperature is reached.
To enhance the longevity and efficiency of the refrigeration system, the condenser fan motor features a reversing mechanism. During the initial 20 seconds of operation, it reverses to expel accumulated debris, dirt, and dust from the condensing coil.
