The True T-49FG-HC~FGD01 glass door freezer is designed to maintain a constant temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, providing an ideal environment for frozen food storage. The capillary tube system controls the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to regulate the internal temperature. Evaporator and condenser fan motors contribute to quick temperature recovery and ensure even chilling of products.
The condensing fan motor, upon starting up, runs in reverse mode for 20 seconds to dislodge debris, dirt, and dust from the condenser coil. Regular cleaning of this essential component promotes reliable and efficient operation, contributing to consistent and cold storage temperatures in the cabinet. While the reversing feature enhances operation and extends the unit’s lifespan, it does not substitute for all routine preventative maintenance procedures. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system ensures easy accessibility for maintenance.
Polyurethane foam insulation is used in the cabinet to enhance cold air retention. The True T-49FG-HC~FGD01 features six PVC-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted in 1/2-inch increments for flexible storage. The triple-pane glass doors close automatically to conserve cold air, and magnetic gaskets prevent leaks. LED lights brighten the interior for better visibility. The unit is equipped with 4-inch stem castors for easy movement, with front castors featuring locks for stability.
