This True TDM-DZ-48-GE DualZone Bakery Case is a refrigerated and dry display case that combines efficient, high-volume merchandising and exceptional refrigeration with elegant curved glass front design. It is suitable for a sophisticated display of high-end deli, pastries, and desserts. It has a factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system that uses the environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The refrigerant has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and a global warming potential (GWP) of three. The reversing condenser fan motors prevent debris, dust, and dirt from accumulating inside the condenser coil during the defrost cycle, ensuring better energy efficiency.
TDM-DZ-48-GE offers users two temperature range options in the refrigerated section – a standard temperature range of 33°F to 41°F and an optional range from 42°F to 65°F, which is ideal for chocolate and wine storage. The powder-coated FDA black-rounded front and back and black aluminum side and front panels add durability and aesthetic value to the case. The side panels have single pane tempered glass installed on them while the front has a large curved glass that ensures better visibility of the inside contents. The front glass swings up for easy cleaning access. Moreover, the interior is made of CRS material that has FDA white powder coating on it.
The entire cabin structure of this case is foamed-in-place and uses polyurethane insulation for superior temperature retention. The insulation is environmentally-friendly and has zero global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP). Its heavy-duty steel frame rail is welded and black powder-coated for maximum corrosion resistance. The frame is fitted with leg levelers that provide great stability to the case. Also, the evaporator is epoxy-coated to prevent corrosion. For easy maintenance and cleaning, users can pull out the condensing unit. Cabinet of this merchandiser case can hold four (4) 18″Lx26″D display pans and four (4) 12″Lx18″D display pans. To properly illuminate the contents on display, there is a safety shielded LED lighting on the interior, with two clips underneath the shelf to keep the wires in place. There are two (2) rear sliding glass doors that allow users access to the display cabinet. Each door has a 12″ long aluminum handle and rides on a stainless steel V-channel with stainless steel bearings.
