Description
The True TH-23G~FGD01 reach-in heated holding cabinet is purpose-built for maintaining the warmth of cooked and baked food. Operating within a temperature range of 80 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit is equipped with a stainless steel heating element that generates electric heat and low-velocity fans to effectively circulate warm air throughout the cabinet. Humidity levels can be finely controlled using a top vent, and for added versatility, a water pan is included to meet specific humidity requirements. The cabinet’s construction, featuring stainless steel and aluminum components, ensures resistance to corrosion and dents, while polyurethane insulation in the walls provides structural integrity.
The three chrome-plated wire shelves are adjustable in 1/2-inch increments to accommodate a variety of products. The mobile heated cabinet is designed with a triple-pane, thermal-insulated door for product visibility. The door is transparent, features a 12-inch-long aluminum handle for a comfortable grip, and has the convenience of closing on its own. A magnetic gasket is incorporated to prevent warm air from escaping. Interior visibility is enhanced by incandescent lighting, and the unit is easily maneuverable on 4-inch-diameter castors.
