The True TMC-58-S-DS-HC milk cooler can hold 16 standard milk crates and features dual-sided access for serving two cafeteria lines simultaneously. It has a reinforced floor and floor racks for extra support. The heavy-duty stainless steel doors on both sides have locks to secure milk cartons. The cooler uses forced-air refrigeration with fans to evenly distribute cold air throughout the cabinet, maintaining a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. It utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The reverse condensing fan motor helps keep the condensing coil clean, reducing energy consumption and extending unit performance when combined with preventive maintenance.
