The True TSSU-27-08D-2-ADA-HC is a versatile prep table with two drawers for full-size food pans. These drawers have recessed handles, removable gaskets, and stainless steel construction for easy cleaning. The interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor, featuring coved corners to prevent debris buildup.
The top section includes eight polycarbonate pans and a protective lid, along with a removable polyethylene cutting board for food prep.
The unit maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 refrigerant and capillary tubes. Its efficient refrigeration system ensures even cooling with large fan blades. A unique feature is the condensing fan motor, which reverses for 20 seconds on compressor startup to keep the condensing coil clean, extending the unit’s lifespan and maintaining proper temperatures. The evaporator is epoxy-coated, and the fan motor is sealed and self-lubricating, reducing maintenance needs. For service access, the condenser can be easily slid out from the back.
