This table ships with 12 transparent polycarbonate food pans9 sixth size and 3 ninth size. These pans can be used to hold ingredients used to customize sandwiches or salads, and they can be placed underneath a stainless steel foam-insulated cover that can be closed to hold in cold air and preserve the freshness of the food inside. Designed as an all-in-one unit, the operator can use the white cutting board mounted on the front of the table top to assemble the meals.
